HR Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Proactively engage with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the company. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting and Advertisements:
Create compelling and accurate job descriptions that align with the needs of the hiring teams. Post and manage job ads on multiple platforms to ensure broad exposure and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Provide recommendations on candidate selection and develop strategies to fill positions efficiently.
- Offer Management and Negotiation:
Extend job offers to selected candidates, manage offer negotiations, and ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
- Employer Branding:
Promote the company as an employer of choice by engaging in outreach activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and online engagement with potential candidates.
- Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of candidates, including tracking candidate progress, status updates, and relevant recruitment metrics. Provide regular reports on recruitment performance and trends.
- Onboarding Coordination:
Work closely with the HR onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Ensure that new employees have all necessary tools and information to start their role.
