The Encoder / Admin is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining data and records in the company's systems or databases. The role also provides general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities
Data Encoding and Record Management
- Accurately encode, verify, and update data in the company's information systems or databases.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Review data entries for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Generate simple reports and summaries as required by management.
- Provide administrative assistance such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Assist in monitoring office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle basic correspondence, scheduling, and coordination with internal departments.
- Support HR, finance, or operations teams with clerical tasks as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records.
- Perform periodic checks to ensure proper filing and data backup.
