JOB OPENING: LIVE-IN PERSONAL SECRETARY (ORTIGAS) — START ASAP
THE ROLE
Provide end-to-end executive and household support: manage calendars, draft and send correspondence, coordinate meetings/travel, shadow at work/events, and keep day-to-day operations smooth. Includes light household coordination.

Write and speak clearly, professionally, and with confidence in handling calls with executives
Are meticulous with schedules, follow-ups, and documentation
Are proficient in email correspondence and calendar management
Are discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
Are comfortable in a live-in setup (lodging & meals provided)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage calendars/appointments and meeting logistics
Draft/review emails, letters, reports; track action items
Coordinate travel itineraries and events end-to-end
Shadow the executive at work or events as needed
Maintain confidential records; uphold privacy and data security
Handle errands and household coordination to keep things moving
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary and benefits will depend on qualifications and experience

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS (PRIOR TO HIRE)
Valid NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, and Barangay Clearance
Two professional references (former employers preferred)
Government ID verification; NDA upon acceptance; 30–60-day probation
