We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations, with a special focus on managing the storage and distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables. The ideal candidate will have experience in food processing and a strong understanding of the unique challenges associated with handling perishable goods. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and packing
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards related to food handling and storage
  • Implement and maintain warehouse organization and layout to maximize efficiency
  • Train and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and address any issues that arise
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to improve workflow and minimize waste
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to food safety regulations


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role, specifically in the fresh produce industry
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
  • Experience in food processing and understanding of food safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site at our Muntinlupa Warehouse 6x a week
