Cafe Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to join our coffee shop team. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, and supporting team members to achieve sales and service goals. This role also includes handling cash management, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide baristas and staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training and coaching team members on store policies, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage cash handling, balancing drawers, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Support inventory management, including stock checks and ordering supplies when needed.
• Ensure shift schedules are followed and coordinate breaks effectively.
• Report shift updates, incidents, or issues to the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in food & beverage and retail
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Amenable to work in Alabang

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
