Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. The ideal candidate will manage processes, optimize workflow, improve productivity, and support strategic planning while ensuring excellent service delivery.


Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff to improve performance and productivity.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to maintain efficient workflow.
Process Improvement & Strategy
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improving efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic operational plans.
  • Implement automation tools and digital solutions where needed.
Resource & Vendor Management
  • Manage budget, resources, inventory, and procurement activities.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for best value.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and services.
Quality & Customer Experience
  • Monitor quality standards for products/services.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure service excellence.
  • Implement corrective actions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Reporting
  • Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and forecasts for management.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and organizational planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 4–10 years of experience in operations or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and operational tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
