Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
• With relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports and documentation.
• Knowledgeable in telecom operations, materials, and installation standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License and can drive company vehicles.
• Will oversee and ensure QA operations in all assigned areas — Koronadal, Kidapawan, Digos, and Cotabato.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall Quality Assurance operations across all areas to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Supervise QA staff in conducting inspections, audits, and validations of field works and warehouse materials.
• Ensure that all QA reports, findings, and recommendations are accurate, timely, and properly documented.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of QA personnel, providing necessary training, guidance, and corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, Warehouse, and Technical Departments to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective measures.
• Lead the implementation of QA processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards in all field and warehouse activities.
• Prepare and submit regular QA reports and assessments to management.
• Conduct meetings and orientations for QA staff to reinforce compliance and process updates.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned by management.
