Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to student applicants to enhance confirmations and enrollments.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication platforms.

  • Provide accurate information on the application and enrollment process to prospective students.

  • Respond to inquiries and assist students via telephone, email, and chat.

  • Ensure adherence to pre-agreed service level commitments.

  • Maintain data integrity by consistently recording and verifying information.

  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.

  • Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain composed under pressure.

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing demands.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
