Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account

Shift: Purely Dayshift (Philippine Time)
Salary: Up to ₱25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for Healthcare Account Agents who can provide excellent customer service and support to local healthcare clients. You will handle patient or member inquiries, verify information, process requests, and ensure accurate and timely assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries (benefits, billing, or appointments)
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain quality service standards and meet performance metrics
- Update and verify customer records in the system
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare account (BPO or local setup)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Willing to work on-site within Metro Manila
- Amenable to dayshift schedule (PH time)
- High school graduate, senior high, or college level are welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
