Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be part of a leading US Healthcare account. You'll assist patients and healthcare providers with insurance inquiries, eligibility verification, claims status, billing concerns, and other account-related issues through phone or email support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Provide accurate information regarding pet insurance policies and claims
- Update and maintain customer records in the system
- Ensure issues are resolved within company guidelines and timelines
- Deliver high-quality service that reflects the company's values and standards
Requirements:
- College Graduate – No BPO experience required
- High School / SHS Graduate – With at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Must have an active Viber number
- Must reside within Mandaluyong, Pasig, Taguig, Pateros, Makati, San Juan, Pasay, Quezon City, Cainta or Taytay.
- Amenable to work on-site at Ortigas, Pasig
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Up to Php22,500.00 per month
