Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
  • Provide accurate information regarding health insurance, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Assist customers with appointment scheduling and account-related concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Accurately document call details and follow internal procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in BPO handling Healthcare account
  • College Undergraduate is welcome to apply
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and on a night shift schedule.
  • Can start immediately.
