About the role

As a full-time IT Service Desk specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and troubleshooting to our clients across the organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide efficient and effective first-line technical support to internal and external customers
  2. Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues
  3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT specialists for further investigation and resolution
  4. Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
  5. Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay ahead of changing technologies
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support or service desk role
  2. Completed 2 years in college with available TOR or Diploma
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Working knowledge of common hardware, software, and networking technologies
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
