About the role
As a full-time IT Service Desk specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and troubleshooting to our clients across the organization.
What you'll be doing
- Provide efficient and effective first-line technical support to internal and external customers
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT specialists for further investigation and resolution
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay ahead of changing technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support or service desk role
- Completed 2 years in college with available TOR or Diploma
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of common hardware, software, and networking technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What we offer
