Job Summary:

The Operations Director will manage and oversee the daily operations of the hospital to ensure the highest standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Acts as one of the key members of the executive leadership team, ensuring coordination between clinical and non-clinical services, aligning operational goals with overall strategic direction of the company.

You are what we're looking for if;

  • Graduate of bachelor's Degree in any related medical field. with master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of hospital management or healthcare operations experience, with at least 5 years of experience in senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital systems, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, promote equitable treatment, and has excellent professional communication skills
  • Amenable to work within the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
