Job Description:

  • Ensure general management of company intranet and cloud services.
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
  • Support and administer third-party applications
  • Ensure network security and connectivity
  • Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
  • Resolve problems reported by end user
  • Define network policies and procedures
  • Specify system requirements and design solutions
  • Research and make recommendations on server system administration
  • Handle support and troubleshooting of SAP B1 Server and Application
  • Procurement of Software and IT Equipment such as laptops, CCTV, Desktop PC, etc.
  • Troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical issues with local and remote equipment. (Hardware Software and Internet connection.)
  • Installs , configures monitor, and maintains network, firewall, cctv server, network cabling and other related equipment, devices and systems,
  • Conduct routine inspection and audit of network systems, software internet, links and tools to ensure regular performance tuning and maintenance of systems and usage monitoring.
  • Coordinate with vendors and providers for troubleshooting it related concerns
  • Ability to prioritize and work productively and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Performs PC Installation, update, checkup, and repair to ensure that it's working properly
  • Maintain equipment like PCs, UPS, Printers, scanners, phones, and network equipment
  • Keep inventory up to date
  • Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, application software & hardware.
  • Build, deploy design and administer/ manage the current and new network infrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and network services.
  • Cooperates with the IT Staff and provides them with necessary assistance
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a network or systems admin or in a similar role.
  • Familiar with SAP or other ERP system
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field
  • Good working knowledge of the job description
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
