Senior Accountant – Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
