Project Technician

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanics or other related field.
  2. Has NCII certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, and/or Automotive System Servicing.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and clients.
  4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve technical problems effectively.
  5. Capability to undertake tasks independently and make sound decisions.
  6. Driving skill is a must -- has at least a non-professional driver's license.
  7. Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform specialized tests, conduct site surveys, install equipment, and maintain technical systems relevant to the project's field.
  2. Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and in coordinating project activities.
  3. Monitor project progress and deliverables, perform quality control checks, and ensure adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.
  4. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  5. Manage and maintain project documentation, records, and reports, and communicate progress and technical issues to project supervisors.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers and other technicians, to address complex technical challenges and improve processes.
