Recruitment, Screening & Training

  • Conduct second interviews and screen applicants based on quality standards.
  • Lead pre-deployment training to ensure only qualified personnel are deployed.
  • Keep training materials updated and aligned with industry standards.

Operational Leadership

  • Manage housekeeping operations for new and ongoing projects with other departments.
  • Recommend plans to improve service and maintain competitiveness.
  • Work with the site team to implement approved plans.

Site Inspection & Planning

  • Conduct site inspections to assess cleaning needs.
  • Recommend cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, and staffing levels.
  • Develop schedules and assignments based on area and cleaning frequency.

Monitoring & Audit

  • Lead audits to ensure compliance with client agreements.
  • Check staff uniforms, IDs, attendance, and procedure adherence.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Monitor staff performance regularly.

Staff Supervision & Discipline

  • Supervise on-site teams to ensure tasks are done well and on time.
  • Conduct performance reviews and give feedback.
  • Recommend recognition for outstanding employees.
  • Handle disciplinary actions with proper documentation and HR coordination.
  • Ensure clear communication through proper management channels.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Oversee cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Supply & Inventory Management

  • Monitor cleaning supplies and safety equipment inventory.
  • Request restocking on time and encourage proper use to reduce waste.

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Attend client meetings about housekeeping concerns.
  • Work with on-site teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Report key updates to senior management as needed.

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist with warehouse or operational tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by upper management.
