REassist is a forward-thinking organization committed to empowering our team through continuous learning and professional growth. We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Team Captain to lead our initiatives and champion a culture of excellence.

The Opportunity

As the L&D Team Captain, you will be a key leader in designing, implementing, and managing impactful training programs that drive professional development across the company. You will lead a small team, collaborate with senior leadership, and play a vital role in shaping our employees' growth journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven virtual assistant with a passion for teaching and mentorship to step into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the L&D team, providing vision, guidance, and support to ensure a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training courses for employee upskilling, with a target of creating 20 new or updated courses per week.
  • Develop and manage a robust L&D platform, including the creation of courses on EdApp.
  • Collaborate with Team Captains and Supervisors to identify training needs and ensure seamless implementation of learning initiatives.
  • Track and analyze training program effectiveness, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Report directly to the General Manager and CEO, ensuring L&D goals are aligned with overall company strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar role, with a strong performance record.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead peers, with a passion for inspiring and guiding others.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Mindset: A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical: Familiarity with training tools, platforms, or methodologies (EdApp experience is a plus).
