The opportunity

Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PHRN | Utilization Review Nurse Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As the PHRN | Utilization Review Nurse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Utilization Review Nursing operations within the broader Healthcare & Medical industry, with a focus on General Medical & Surgical Nursing.

This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Utilization Review Nursing team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize Utilization Review processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Analyse data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making and identify areas for process enhancements
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to the broader Nursing team on Utilization Review best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to Utilization Review Nursing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align Utilization Review Nursing initiatives with the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid license to practice in the Philippines
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Utilization Review Nursing, with a strong track record of team leadership
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices related to Utilization Review
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using technology to drive process improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
