Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in Kapitolyo, Pasig City. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to create and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
  • Knowledge in Performance Management processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
