CPPC Alliance Ventures Inc is seeking a General Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting processes, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare vouchers and monitor check disbursements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for accounting records and financial documents.
  • Encode daily transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Support monthly and year-end closing procedures.
  • Monitor and reconcile petty cash and bank accounts.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding billing concerns.
  • Provide documentation and support during audits.
  • Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timeliness and accuracy of transaction encoding and voucher preparation.
  • Reconciliation accuracy for petty cash and bank accounts.
  • On-time submission of monthly and year-end reports.
  • Audit readiness and documentation completeness.
  • Resolution rate of billing concerns and supplier coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
