  • Supervise staff handling routine finance tasks and organize their work to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Monitor daily cash balances and oversee all cash-related transactions to ensure sufficient operating funds.
  • Oversees disbursement processes, including check voucher validation, petty cash releases, and cash advance verifications.
  • Prepares weekly budget prior to processing check vouchers to manage fund allocations effectively.
  • Generate reports such as cash flow, forecasted expenses, aging of payables, and other treasury-related schedules.
  • Review liquidation, disbursement, and replenishment documents to confirm accuracy and validity.
  • Post and review all accounting entries in SAP prepared by the Cash Management Accountant to ensure correctness and completeness.
  • Handle bank transactions, documentation, fund transfers, and coordination with bank partners.
  • Provided audit support by preparing required schedules, responding to queries, and organizing cash-related documentation

Qualification:

  • Preferably BS Accountancy or any related course.
