The Role

This is a hands-on senior position responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to the Australian market. You'll oversee social media content, SEO/SEM performance, digital advertising, and online promotions to ensure our brand stands out and reaches the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with business goals.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content for digital channels, including posts, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Analyse digital performance data, prepare monthly reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to deliver consistent messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in Australia.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within the Australian market.
  • Proven track record in social media management, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills with attention to brand voice and tone.
  • Experience with website CMS WordPress
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
