HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative functions. This role provides hands-on exposure across core HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and labor compliance. You will serve as a reliable HR support partner to both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, screening, onboarding, and offboarding activities
- Support employee relations matters, documentation, and disciplinary processes
- Handle timekeeping, payroll coordination, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date 201 files, HR databases, and employee records
- Assist in training coordination and employee engagement initiatives
- Liaise with government agencies and support compliance and statutory reporting
- Prepare HR-related memos, announcements, reports, and internal communications
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and standard HR practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information
- Willing to support multiple HR functions and operational tasks
