Role Description
The role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing and managing key client accounts, and overseeing sales activities to achieve annual targets. This position ensures accurate quotations, pricing, and order processing, while maintaining strong client relationships and a positive brand presence. The role also leads and supports Account Executives through sales planning, field visits, performance reviews, and regular sales meetings. Additionally, it handles sales reporting, project monitoring, collections, and competitor analysis, while contributing to business planning and market expansion initiatives.
Job Description:
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Achieve 100% attainment of approved annual corporate sales targets
- Review and endorse purchase orders (POs), quotations, and product specifications
- Develop and expand a strong portfolio of corporate and key accounts
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and sales performance
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and oversee the performance of Account Executives
- Plan and monitor weekly sales coverage and client engagement activities
- Participate in key client presentations and high-level negotiations
- Review pricing, discounts, and product offerings in line with company guidelines
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to track results and align action plans
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Review daily sales itineraries and actual sales performance reports
- Monitor and update quotation, project tracking, and sales pipeline reports
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports by the team
- Track closed, ongoing, and potential accounts including collections status
- Prepare and analyze
3-month rolling sales forecasts
and performance summaries
Strategic Planning & Market Initiatives
- Develop and execute the annual corporate sales business plan
- Implement market penetration and account expansion strategies
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and industry movements
- Identify new corporate opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Lead special projects that support business growth and market positioning
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Architecture and/or Interior/Industrial Design.
- Must have corporate sales experience and must have sales exposure in OFFICE FURNITURE industry.
- With bankable sales experience of at least 5 years.
- With excellent communication skills.
- Has the ability to train and lead the sales team in attaining sales targets.
- Must be purpose driven, dynamic and self started, motivated and result oriented person,
- Highly organized, punctual and with keen eye for details. Has good moral character, hardworking and willing to travel, honest and dedicated to work and a team player.
