Marketing Events Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain records of bookings, contracts, billings, reservations and venue reservation details;
  • Handle venue reservation inquiries and facilitate coordination with clients/ partners to ensure event requirements are met;
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue including setup and events endorsement of schedule to other departments;
  • Provides technical and logistical support for events;
  • Coordinates with partners, authors, other departments, suppliers, etc. during events;
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks for the events team;
  • Provides on-the-ground assistance and supervision during in-person events;
  • Tracks post-event statistics in internal tracking system;
  • Supports the marketing team, helps in planning campaigns, projects, and events;
  • Performs additional tasks assigned by the events manager or team lead

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Level or Graduate of Management, Business Administration, Marketing, and related courses;
  • Must have intermediate skills in MS Office;
  • Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, or other editing software;
  • Must be highly organized and keen to details;
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English and intermediate in verbal and written Tagalog
