About the Role:

As a Paid Media Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms. You will develop new media buying strategies to meet business goals, leveraging your industry expertise and competitive insights. Your role will also involve continuous optimization to ensure all campaigns meet or exceed ROI targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
  • Develop and implement successful paid ad strategies across:
  • Google
  • Bing
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • Mobile and marketplaces
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies
  • Oversee and manage the paid media budget effectively
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize the user experience in sales funnels
  • Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs to track campaign performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in paid media advertising
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
  • Experience in media buying for both brick-and-mortar businesses Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
  • Proven track record of successful ad campaigns
  • Highly organized and a self-starter
  • Ability to explain & demonstrate technical solutions in simple business-focused terms
  • Knowledgeable in preventing fraud clicks and sign-ups
  • Working knowledge of tracking & analytics
  • Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint Certifications are a plus but not required
  • Experience in traditional media buying is an advantage
  • A portfolio is required
  • Knowledge of the NDIS space is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
