Our mission is to help children move from consuming games to creating
with code, through structured learning and high-quality instruction.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is our primary acquisition channel, and
short-form video is at the core of our marketing strategy.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative & Ads Strategist (Video & Meta Ads) to own
the strategy, decision-making, and optimisation behind our paid acquisition
efforts.
This role is responsible for turning attention into action — not just
generating views, but driving qualified parent enquiries and trial bookings.
You will work closely with a video editor/content producer who executes your
creative briefs.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Creative Strategy
1. Develop and test video ad angles that resonate with parents
2. Translate parent decision psychology into hooks, framing, and CTAs
3. Diagnose why ads perform well on engagement but underperform on
conversion
4. Ensure ad messaging aligns with trial experience and program
positioning
5. Pre-qualify leads through creative to improve show-up and conversion
rates
Paid Media Strategy (Meta Ads)
1. Own campaign structure and optimisation for Meta Ads (Messages /
Leads)
2. Decide on objectives, placements, budgets, and testing frameworks
3. Interpret performance data to make clear kill / iterate / scale decisions
4. Balance data-driven insights with practical judgment in early-stage
markets
Testing & Iteration
1. Plan and execute structured creative tests
2. Brief editors clearly to produce fast, testable video variations
3. Iterate winning creatives and decisively stop underperformers
4. Maintain a steady cadence of experimentation and learning
Funnel Thinking
1. Align ads messaging trials enrolment→ → →
2. Work closely with operations and sales to improve lead quality
3. Identify and reduce sources of low-intent leads and no-shows
Required Skills & Experience
Must-haves
Proven experience running Meta Ads with a video-first approach
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and trade-offs
Ability to clearly explain why an ad works or fails
Comfort making decisions with imperfect or early-stage data
Strong written and verbal communication
