About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator / Office Admin to join our talented team at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, organising meetings and events, and handling correspondence
  2. Coordinating facility management activities such as maintenance, repairs, and vendor management
  3. Assisting with the procurement of office supplies and equipment
  4. Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures
  5. Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
  6. Performing other general administrative duties as required
  7. Going to Goverment submitting permits specifically IT assets

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in an office administration or facilities coordination role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  5. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  6. Familiarity with facilities management processes and procedures

Schedule:

Mon - Sat

6AM-3PM, 1PM-10PM

Rotation
