Ensuring that a construction contract between the client and the contractor is executed in accordance with the terms of the contract, the tender stage, and the post-construction stage. Contract management and negotiations

Letting of contracts and scope of works

Managing contractual risks - WHS, QA, budgets, and schedules

Processing claims and variations

Cost control and cost reports

Maintain documentation, data registers, and systems

Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or Bachelor of Science in ArchitectureAssist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and other documentation2 - 3 years of experience with local/International residential and commercial construction companies in a Contracts Administrator role

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the building and construction process

Strong time management skills, with excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
