Fleet & Backroom Training and Onboarding (Samar/Leyte)

Job Description
- Provides training for new delivery partners. This includes ensuring that the latest training materials are being used.In addition, should provide feedback on how to make training more efficient and effective. Training to also be conducted and/or cascaded when there are new procedures and systems that are rolled out. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure that all concerned are compliant with training requirements and highlight any that are non compliant. Particularly for new facilities, this role will be directly responsible for training the new team.
- Should be aware of Operations SOPs
- Should be familiar with Apps being used by operations.
- Organize and conduct F2F or virtual training.
- Properly schedule training sessions.
- Conduct tests to confirm comprehension of trainees.
- Provide feedback to HLs and FLs on those who struggled during training and potentially have a high risk of failure.
Requirements
- Experience being a trainer is a very big advantage.
- A logistics operator is an advantage.
- A teacher is a potential candidate.
- Experienced in using operations system applications.
- Very good communication skills
- Very good listening skills.
- Able to manage and control the attention of a group of trainees.
- Must have at least 2 years college education.
- User of Google Office Suite and/or Microsoft Office
