Job Summary

Front of House (FOH) staff are the face of Sunflour. They ensure every guest feels welcomed, well-attended, and leaves with a smile. You'll be responsible for creating a warm dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and embodying the Sunflour spirit of cheerful hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
  • Present menus, answer questions about the dishes, and make recommendations.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
  • Uphold Sunflour's standards of quality, hospitality, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the dining area.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate; college level preferred.
  • Previous experience in restaurant or café service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cheerful, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for food, people, and creating memorable dining experiences.
