Daily Duties

1.     Prepare the
Site Daily Report
.

2.     Take and file
progress photographs
of the construction works.

3.     Receive and log
materials and equipment deliveries
in the site logbook.

4.     Submit
MERFs (Material Evaluation and Request Forms)
as needed.

5.     Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.

6.     Conduct
toolbox meetings
and ensure workers comply with safety regulations and wear proper PPE.

7.     Monitor manpower allocation and work assignments to ensure productivity.

8.     Inspect ongoing works for quality and report any defects or deviations.

9.     Maintain records of site activities, worker attendance, and equipment usage.

  1. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.

Weekly Duties

1.     Prepare and submit a
Progress Report
for the week.

2.     Compile and submit a
Progress Photographs Report
.

3.     Prepare a
Materials/Equipment Inventory Report
.

4.     Submit a
Cost Monitoring Report
.

5.     Submit a
Percent Accomplishment Report
.

6.     Submit a
Construction Schedule Monitoring Report
.

7.     Assist in preparing
RFAs (Requests for Approval)
and
RFIs (Requests for Information)
for consultants or clients.

8.     Report and document safety incidents, near misses, or accidents to the Construction Manager and Safety Officer.

9.     Participate in site coordination meetings with management, consultants, or clients when delegated.

Monthly Duties

1.     Prepare and submit a
Cost Monitoring Report
.

2.     Submit a
Percent Accomplishment Report
.

3.     Submit a
Construction Schedule Monitoring Report
.

4.     Assist in updating the
project schedule
and compare actual progress vs. planned progress.

5.     Recommend corrective actions in case of delays or productivity issues.

6.     Review and verify material usage and costs against project budget allocations.
