About the role

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Business Data Specialist to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making and business strategy within our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret complex business data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to enable effective data-driven decision making across the organization
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable analytics and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive continuous business optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance the company's data capabilities
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of the company's data assets

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business-friendly recommendations
  • Experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions to support strategic business initiatives
  • Advanced knowledge of data modelling, database design, and data warehousing concepts
