What is your mission?

We are looking for a New Business Data Entry Specialist to support client onboarding and ensure accuracy in healthcare-related records. In this role, you'll manage customer data, coordinate with sales teams, process requests, and maintain documentation. You'll play a key role in streamlining processes, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines. You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Enter and update client records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Analyze customer purchases and ensure completeness of client files.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to obtain and validate missing information.
  • Track and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Process internal and external requests for client onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and process improvements.
  • Identify and report process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to workflow enhancements.
  • Stay updated on US healthcare guidelines, including underwriting processes.
  • Support a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Perform special projects or tasks as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in data entry, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Familiarity with US health insurance or customer service experience (a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, problem-solving, and improvement.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team setting.
