About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Field Sales Supervisor to join our team at Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our on-premise account sales team, ensuring exceptional service and driving business growth during the night shift.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coach a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our on-premise account customer base
  3. Foster strong relationships with key customers and maintain excellent account management
  4. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  7. Generate detailed reports and analyse sales data to inform business decisions

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a field sales or sales supervisory role, preferably in the alcoholic beverages or FMCG industry
  2. Strong leadership and coaching skills to effectively manage and motivate a sales team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to meet the needs of the business
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
