The Project Coordinator must be a Electrical Engineering graduate and will assist the Project Manager (PM) / Regional Project Manager (RPM) in coordinating the organization, implementation, and completion of project management requirements in accordance with company QMS procedures, policies and work instructions. Client responsibilities include on-going client interaction, timeline and critical task management, coordination across multiple groups and resources and resolving order related issues.

  • Accountable for the Client's overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Remote support for all project implementation related inquiries.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in customer meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for Clients' meetings particularly on the summary of project progress and prepares interim and project completion reports
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met and responsible for timely project completion
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Coordinate with all departments related to the managed projects and concerned site employees.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Electrical Engineering
  • Must have at least 1 year related work experience in a Telecom Building Construction company or any building construction industry as a Project Coordinator
  • Can work under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time and project management with the ability to plan, delegate and evaluate progress
  • Strong problem-solving skills

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Jaya Guna Lancar (JGL) Inc. was established last September 2019 as Telecom infrastructure service provider company. It is located in 3120 2nd Street Barangay 605 V. Mapa Sta. Mesa Manila. It specializes in construction projects particularly in Telecom tower civil works constructions/erections, Outside Plant (OSP/FTTX), In-Building Solutions (IBS) & Telecom Equipment Engineering (TE). It later on diversified into construction of Electrical Towers, Solar panels power and office fit-out projects. The parent company has been dealing with various telecom roll-out projects for more than 20 years in Indonesia and Malaysia. The company has been involved in projects with leading Telco Operators and Vendors. JGL works to craft solutions that meet our customers' project goals, budgets, and position them well for future success.
