Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our telecom construction team. The ideal candidate is a BS Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate with at least 2 years of experience in project coordination within the telecom or building construction industry. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager (PM) / Regional Project Manager (RPM) in planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities to ensure timely and quality completion in line with company QMS procedures and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist PM/RPM in coordinating the organization, implementation, and completion of projects.
  • Manage client interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Provide remote support for project implementation inquiries.
  • Organize, attend, and actively participate in client meetings.
  • Prepare project updates, presentations, interim reports, and completion reports.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Support administrative and documentation requirements for projects.
  • Develop project strategies and ensure compliance with company frameworks and standards.
  • Assess risks and issues, providing effective solutions when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, site teams, and other stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be a BS Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a telecom or building construction company.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and MS Office tools.
