Job DescriptionOversee, manage, identify, assess, review, and orchestrate the execution of appropriate risk mitigation plans for specific Change Activities such as emergency changes. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministration of Globe Telecom's security platforms, including but not limited to firewalls, ASAV, APT, SIEM, VPN, etc. Documentation of security platform builds.

Closure of incidents/events. Security log analysis, action, and escalation if necessary. Investigation of security platform incidents/events.

Security metrics reporting. Provide progress reports/responses to customers (NTG, IG, ISG, and EG) within the agreed SLA.Level 2 support for policy/information security requests provisioning. Level 2 troubleshooting on telco and enterprise-grade firewalls and other security devices.

Diagnostics, isolation, and provisioning. Documentation of policies and procedures. Develop processes for basic security platform monitoring and handling for the Threat Hunting Operations Department.

Lead and serve as SMEs for security platform projects. Review security platform policies and enhance Globe Telecom's security posture. Vendor management for security platform vendors and escalations.

Develop and execute BCM plans and practices. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Closure of incidents/events within the agreed SLA.Request and provisioning within SLA.Incident response and escalation within SLA.Top 3-5 DeliverablesAdministration of security platforms. Closure of incidents/events.

Level 2 support for security requests. Level 2 troubleshooting. Hiring RequirementsGraduate of B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or related IT course (4-5 years).

Training in Information Security, ITSM, Project Management, Business Process Admin, & Quality. Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in Telecom or IT.Certifications/LicensesPreferably with certifications such as CCSA/CCSE, CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, RHCT/RHCE, CEH, CISA/CISM/CISSP.Additional InformationGlobe is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
