Project Coordinator

Project coordinators play a vital role in the success of projects. They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a project are coordinated and executed efficiently, effectively, and on time.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project resources and personnel to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project requirements, expectations, and goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with projects.
  • Track and manage project expenses and budgets.
  • Prepare and present project summaries and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and legal requirements.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project teams.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide support to project teams.
  • Maintain and update project trackers.
  • Provide assistance and manage event activities.
  • Review and approve documents such as acceptance certificates, BOQs, and designs.

Qualifications
  1. Must have a strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, network infrastructure, and technologies.
  2. Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  4. Experience in leading teams and working with stakeholders.
  5. Experience in creating project plans, allocating resources, and meeting deadlines.
  6. Certifications such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are an advantage.
  7. Ability to present several successfully completed projects.
  8. Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  9. Strong quality and customer service mindset.
