Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Quezon City, with some work-from-home days acceptable. The Account Manager (Marketing Agency) will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects, ensuring deadlines, standards, and budgetary limitations are met. Daily tasks include coordinating tasks with team members, managing logistics, expediting project deliverables, inspecting progress, and ensuring the quality of outputs. The Project Manager will also liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management, including planning, implementation, and tracking of projects
  • Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring quality outputs
  • Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate project-related logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility between office and remote work
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
  • Experience in a marketing agency setting is a plus
