About The Role:

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting process, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining accurate records, and guiding the accounting team to achieve operational efficiency and strategic financial goals.

Key Responsibility :

  • Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with accounting standards
  • Supervise daily financial operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Manage financial transactions and reporting using accounting systems and electronic banking tools
  • Establish and enforce internal control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure high performance

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting management or a similar leadership role
  • Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero), online banking platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior experience working in an accounting firm or service-oriented industry preferred
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism
