We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our Finance Department. The role focuses on gathering, validating, and analyzing sales-related data to support business decisions and financial reporting. The Sales Analyst will play a key role in monitoring promotions, sales trends, and performance metrics while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data from various internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate sales data from multiple internal systems including POS, CRM, ERP, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Analyze sales performance by product, region, and customer segments to identify trends and deviations.
  • Develop visual reports and dashboards for quick performance tracking and decision support.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, discounts, and complimentary sales campaigns.
  • Provide insights into how such initiatives impact revenue, margin, and overall sales growth.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales data across all reporting platforms.
  • Regularly audit and reconcile discrepancies in reports to maintain data quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or MA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas, data analysis)
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and dashboards
  • Strong Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot, data validation, etc.)
  • At least 1 of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
