  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/ data systems and incorporate in the SFA system

  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize qualit of reports

  • Identify, analyze and interpret patterns of data sets

  • Liaise amoongst members/ across sales teams and other departments if deemed necessary in relation to alignment of internal database. Provide updates as to how the plans are progressing or lay down necessary actionable points

  • Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems among others

  • Work with key stake holders as well as third party partner to prioritize business and and information needs on a timely manner

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

Qualification:

  • Proven experience with sales information / sales data analyst with 2 years and above experience

  • Working knowledge in database design development, data models, data segmentation (essentially, data mining skills)

  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint among orders)

  • Strong analytical skills, with good communication skills and ability to collect , organize, analyze and dissemenate pertinent information

  • With high attention detail and accuracy ; adept in handling queries and present findings

  • Wiling to learn and un-learn and accept new concepts relatives to sales information system

  • A team player, and can and is willing to exert additional effort for the success of the project
