Position Overview:-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operations by analysing periodic figures, generating insights, and ensuring that business decisions are backed by accurate data.

Key Responsibilities:-

Collect, clean, and analyse operational and financial data on a periodic basis.

Prepare clear and actionable reports to support management and operational teams.

Use Excel and other data analysis tools to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Assist operations in understanding performance metrics and providing explanations for fluctuations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Skills & Qualifications:-

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards).

Solid background in data analysis, with the ability to interpret large datasets.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into clear business insights.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
