Job description

Oversee payment service request (SR) and channel cost goal achievement. This includes handling data analysis, cost reconciliation, strategy development, and driving implementation.

Manage the entire process of channel integration projects, from business requirements to BRD (Business Requirement Document) preparation and project execution.

Handle end-to-end channel optimization projects by analyzing user feedback and survey data, preparing BRDs, and executing projects. Focus on refining key payment channels.

Perform cost reconciliation for payment channels and manage payment processes effectively.

Address issues related to payment guarantees and provide quick responses to payment-related emergencies.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

Skills and Experience:

Strong data analysis skills and project management abilities, with preference for experience in payment channel operations.

At least two years of work experience.

Fluent in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Knowledge of Chinese communication skills is a plus.

Ability to simplify complex issues, solve problems efficiently, and demonstrate strong project management capabilities.
