The
Payments Processor
plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate servicing of our
Commercial Banking
clients. This position is responsible for managing client requests and inquiries received through email or voice channels within defined timelines, while maintaining exceptional service standards and professionalism.
Work Arrangement
- Shift:
Night shift - Training:
Onsite for the first 90 days (Alabang, Muntinlupa) - Setup:
Permanent Work From Home after training
Salary
- Up to 53K Basic Pay
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate internal systems to review, process, and resolve client requests received via email or phone.
- Maintain service levels by ensuring timely and accurate completion of client requests.
- Identify trends, process gaps, and potential risks; recommend or implement improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes of client issues and develop sustainable, long-term solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Uphold the highest standards of client service and operational integrity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in back-office operations is preferred.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent customer orientation and active listening skills.
