We are looking for a FINANCE JUNIOR MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related functions, with 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Background in power, construction, logistics, food, or hospitality is preferred, but candidates from other industries are welcome.
  • Proven expertise in budget management, financial reporting, financial modeling & analysis, loan applications, capital raising, forecasting, and compliance with tax laws and internal controls.
  • Experience in SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, MS Excel, and Google Workspace. Preferably with experience in Xero.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig City, Monday to Friday, day shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with tax laws and internal controls.
  • Lead financial modeling, analysis, loan applications, capital raising, and feasibility studies.
  • Supervise and mentor team members while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of financial processes.
