Job Summary:

The Logistics Associate is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the timely and correct delivery of parcels shipped to customers. This includes tracking deliveries, coordinating with couriers, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and track all outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with couriers and shipping partners to resolve any delivery issues
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding parcel status and delays
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping data using tracking systems and spreadsheets
  • Ensure all tracking updates are aligned with customer service standards
  • Prepare daily tracking reports and escalate concerns when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (training in logistics is a plus)
  • Proven experience in logistics, order tracking, or a similar role
  • Experience in e-commerce logistics is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to adapt and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
