ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all company payables and disbursement as well as payments for suppliers
  • Handles local purchasing including preparation of purchase orders and invoices and inventory of materials
  • Reconciles transactions, reimbursement and maintains accounting records
  • Process pertinent permits and other documents compliance to outside and government agencies.
  • Knowledgeable in current BIR Law especially in processing thru EFPS such as 1601, 2550, 1702 and other related documents with compliance to BIR and other government filing such as SSS, HDMF and Philhealth
  • Assist with related special projects, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in BS Accountancy or any related course
  • Must have at least 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills in MS Office (Excel) and EFPS and has attention to details.
  • With strong leadership skills, excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Result oriented, aggressive & flexible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
